About the event
Hosting a MeetingEach month, a club has the opportunity to host a meeting by providing refreshments and snacks. We ask that each club signs up to host at least one meeting per year. Hosting is a fun way to showcase your club’s creativity and make the meeting extra special!
How Hosting Works:
Setup Time: Doors open at 8 a.m. for setup. We’ll provide tables, coffee, tea, coffee cups, sweeteners, and creamer.
Bring the Essentials:Â Hosting clubs supply tablecloths, napkins, plates, and any utensils needed.
Decorate with Style: Match your table decorations to the monthly theme—have fun and get creative!
Plan for the Crowd:Â On average, about 50 members attend, so plan your refreshments accordingly.
