April 2025- Volunteer Your Club To Host Our Event

Hosting a Meeting:

Each month, a club has the opportunity to host a meeting by providing refreshments and snacks. We ask that each club signs up to host at least one meeting per year. Hosting is a fun way to showcase your club’s creativity and make the meeting extra special!

Host Spotlight:                                                                                                                                               At the start of our meeting, you will be given a 5 minute time slot to showcase your cause to our sponsors and club members. This is where you can educate members about how your organization works and what we all can do to support your endeavors as well as announce any events you would like to invite everyone to. 

How Hosting Works:

• Setup Time: Doors open at 8 a.m. for setup. We’ll provide tables, coffee, tea, coffee cups, sweeteners, and creamer.
